MY STORY

Originally from New Zealand, I've called the Gold Coast home for over three years and with the lifestyle, sunshine, and active community here, it's hard to imagine a better place to do the work I do.

 

My focus is in sports and performance naturopathy, which means I enjoy working with people who want to optimise not just how they train, but how they recover, sleep, and thrive day to day. I have a particular love for the stuff that often gets overlooked, sleep architecture, hormone health (for both men and women), nutrition, and the way movement and recovery intersect to shape how we feel in our bodies.

As a new graduate, I bring fresh, evidence-based knowledge alongside a genuine curiosity to keep learning and growing in this space. I believe that real, lasting health isn't just about fixing what's broken, it's about building a foundation that supports everything you want to do in life.
