Refund Policy - The Basics
All purchases made directly through this website, including digital products such as eBooks and any physical wellness products that may be offered, are generally non-refundable and non-returnable for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded. Refunds, Returns & Digital Products
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, including eBooks, guides, downloadable resources and other digital content, purchases are non-refundable once supplied or made available for download, except where required by law.
Physical products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so the issue can be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided where required by law.
Consultations: Naturopathic consultations are booked and processed through a separate third-party platform and are therefore subject to the cancellation and refund policy displayed at the time of booking.
