Out of all the people I have met that made an impact on my life, I don't remember what size they were. I remember how they made me feel, how they motivated me.
Somewhere in between this mess. There's the confused, the influenced, the mis-informed. Those who have been consumed by the overwhelming labels and complexity of what use to be simple. Those whose self-confidence has now improved, who have been looked at differently by others and who have propelled into their health journey with the help of zero food noise. Their mental health struggles have lightened, they no longer have anxiety in public or shame eating in front of others. This is the middle man.
